  • Shipping & Delivery
  • If your order includes any of our perishable items such as our Cashewtopia frozen gelato or chocolate bars, and you are shipping to any point south of Georgia, west of Ohio or north of Massachusettes during warm weather (70 degrees or warmer) you must select 2-day or overnight shipping to ensure that your items do not melt.  In addition, you must be sure that someone will be available to receive the order or that the order can be left and will be attended to the same day if no one is there.  If no one is available to receive your temperature-sensitive order or you do not select the appropriate shipping option for your destination and the product melts, Organic Nectars cannot assume responsibility for the items.

    Organic Nectars ships merchandise worldwide, and incurs a surcharge for all international orders. We make every effort to keep a sufficient inventory of the products offered on our website. However, the availability of these products is not guaranteed and we therefore waive any liability in case of inventory shortages. If Organic Nectars is unable to deliver a product ordered via our website, the buyer will be notified accordingly by e-mail or telephone. If such is the case, any amount charged to your credit card for products, including delivery charges, will be credited as soon as possible.



  • International
  • If your order is to be shipped outside of the U.S., you are responsible for all shipping charges, as well as any applicable duties and taxes, which must be paid prior to the order shipping.  When you receive your order, make sure to check the packages carefully and if there are any damages or issues with your shipment, you must itemize these damages on the bill of lading and report the damages in writing to customerservice@organicnectars.com within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.   Make sure that you get a reply from us confirming that we have received your notice of damage.  If the damage is caused by the shipping company it will be their responsibility to cover the expense of the damage.  If the damage is caused by the manufacturer, we will arrange a credit or replacment. 



  • Return Policy
  • If we are unable to deliver a product ordered via our website, the buyer will be notified accordingly by e-mail or telephone. If such is the case, any amount charged to your credit card for products, including delivery charges, will be credited as soon as possible. You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). Organic Nectars reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you. If you need to cancel or change your order please call us immediately at 1.845.246.0506 Mon - Fri, 9a - 5p and if the order hasn't been processed we can cancel or change the order. If the order has already shipped, we can't cancel the order but you can refuse the shipment when it arrives. In that case, once we receive all the items back unopened we will issue a credit less the shipping charges.

    We're confident you'll be satisfied with the products we offer, but we realize that sometimes things do go wrong. If there is a problem with your order you must contact us within 48 hours at 845.246.0506 so we can correct the problem.  If the error was on our end, we'll credit you for the wrong or ship the correct item. If the error was on your end, we'll figure out how to remedy the situation as quickly possible.  If an item is damaged when received we'll make arrangements to replace the product or refund the purchase price plus shipping cost of that item. We'll need to get some information from you to determine what caused the problem so we can ensure it doesn't happen again. 

    You are responsible for ensuring that your order is being sent to a location where it will be properly received. If there is a possibility that no one will be available to receive your order, you may leave a note on your door for the local carrier to leave the package.  But you should check with your local UPS and FedEx office to ensure that they will allow packages being left if no one is there to receive it.

    If you refuse delivery on an order you placed and the shipment is returned to us unopened and in the same condition in which it arrives, we will credit you for the order less the shipping charges. This is not applicable to perishable items or special order items, for which you will be responsible for 100% of item(s) and shipping costs. Refunds. All sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or spoiled or the wrong item is sent. In any of those instances you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item and we will be glad to refund the cost of the item and the associated shipping cost.
